What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is all about teaming up with someone who's got your back on the health front. We work together to tackle whatever health goals you've got in mind, whether it's eating better, moving more or feeling less stressed. We use evidence-based practice and science-backed strategies, to help you get where you want to be. A health coach is  your  supportive partner, every step of the way toward feeling your best!

What is Menopause Coaching? 

Menopause coaching is a specialised form of support designed to help women navigate the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that occur during menopause.  Anja will work with you to understand the unique experiences and challenges associated with this life stage.  Anja can provide guidance, education, and practical strategies to manage symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. Additionally,  she is able to offer support in areas like nutrition, exercise, stress management, and maintaining healthy relationships. By empowering women with knowledge and tools, menopause coaching aims to improve overall well-being and quality of life during this transitional period.

Do you have physical exercise classes that I can attend in conjunction with the coaching program

Yes absolutely, I run various exercise classes on the Upper North Shore of Sydney.   Classes include Pilates, outdoor group fitness and Barre and are accessible for all ability levels.
